This is a preparation made up of bay leaves. Requires three bay leaves. Preparation: Take three bay leaves in a saucepan, add a cup of water. Boil it on low flame for five minutes. This is a seven day challenge, a challenge called Japanese Method of Seven Days to Look Ten Years Younger. So, this is a discussion over the method and its results. It was used four times in seven days.
Now let me tell you the ingredients for this.
Ingredients:
1. One cup of rice, the more the rice is free of chemicals, better the results. One and a half cups of water.
2. Four tablespoons of flaxseeds. Two cups of water to make a gel out of it.
3. Almond oil or vitamin E oil, better to use vitamin E.
Wash the rice thoroughly, to remove the dust and chemicals from it. Boil the water and cook the rice. Now the cooked rice needs to be grinded. After it cools off, have to grind it well to make the cream out of it. Japanese say that rice cream has the potential to tighten the skin, and to bring up the glow, they say it has the ability to rejuvenate the cells and even grow new cells. It is known that rice has minerals in it which are essential for slowing down the aging of skin. Next we have to take the flaxseeds to make a gel like solution. Cook it adding two cups of water, allow it to cook on low flame, should be of thick consistency. Keep it aside after cooking, have to strain it to remove the seeds and other solids out of it. Strain the cooked flaxseeds with the help of a cloth, apply enough pressure to get the juice. Now that we have gathered all the ingredients, we have to make a cream mixing all those. Take 2 spoons of cooked-grinded rice mixture, add 2 spoons of flaxseed gel, and add vitamin E to it. Remember to take proper-sized bowl to comfortably beat, stir and mix the ingredients well. Can refrigerate the mixture in air-tight containers. Apply this solution over the face and keep it there for at least 30 minutes. Wash it off first with normal water and then with mild hot water.
